Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
At Marudhar Kirana, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that does not meet our high standards, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If the item was damaged during transit or is physically broken upon delivery.
- Expired Items: If the product delivered is past its expiry date.
- Bad Condition: If the product shows signs of spoilage or is clearly unfit for consumption.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 91166 12211 within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
- Your order date and items.
- Clear photos of the damaged or expired product.
- Reason for return.
3. Refunds & Approval
All return requests are subject to verification by the Marudhar Kirana team. Once we review the evidence provided and approve the return, we will process your refund.
Note: Refunds will only be issued once the return request is formally approved by Marudhar Kirana.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food items, products that have been opened (unless they were spoiled upon opening) or items return requested after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for returns.
